Downloaded but page doesn't load

I’m using hostgator for hosting and I have one domain on the account that is currently using wordpress. I added a second domain and am trying to download wp to this domain, and despite it saying it downloaded successfully, when I try to login, it just says “Page cannot be displayed”. The site is jerseywoolybreeder.com and it’s suppose to be jerseywoolybreeder.com/wp-login but nothing comes up and I have no idea what did wrong. I’m not overly tech savvy, though can usually handle this kind of stuff! Help is appreciated.
