downloaded widgets and different things now my page is a mess

I installed widgets and a bunch of different things today, and now my page is showing things I dont want there. I uninstalled all the widgets but it did not take away the things I do not want. It is showing 3 different things at the top of my pages, how do I get rid of them, plus on the very bottom of my page, it is showing a fatal error. I have no idea how I did this, I just need to know how I get it back to what it was. I tried to put it back to an earlier date, but that did not help. The things on top I do not want are: catagories, with my websites name under it, my links, and archives. I do not want these here, also there are green lines with them, where did these come from? The bottom says fatal error: Class ‘ftlink’ not found in /home/onlineps/public_html/wp-content/themes/psychic_advisors/footer.php on line 15. I do not understand how this even got here. Can you help me please? Thank you very much!
