Downloading 3.02 hangs up

I clicked on the radio button for “Upgrade Automatically.” I get a window that says the upgrade zip file is being downloaded. Then, nothing happens except that I age a little more because of upgrades.

I even let that window remain there for an hour and twenty minutes while I did other things. And, it has happened three or four times. Einstein said that insanity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. He was right. BTW my plugins were not active.

Help, anyone?
