Downloading a virtual produit – incomplete on mobile devices only

I have an issue on a website I’m managing, with the shop and downloadable products. It seems that customer can buy products via Woocommerce properly, but when they download large files (from 200Mb to 1Gb+) on a mobile device, the download will stop around 3/4 of the file size. But it is working properly on a computer and I can’t find anything on the plugin settings that could explain why. I tried to reduce the parameters in the product link, it also doesn’t change anything.
