Downloading all files

  • I am wondering if there is an issue with the “Select All” then “Download” feature. For some reason after choosing Selecting All then Download there is a small icon that just keeps spinning with no downloading happening. Is this a known issue?

    The password for the page is “biggsadmin”.

    Hi.

    The small icon keeps spinning because the response you are getting from the server is a 500 Internal Error. notice that after you click on “Download” you get an error in your browser’s javascript console. that error is your server sending a 500 message back. Something on your server is preventing File Away from doing its job. Could be permissions.
