Downloading Child Theme: Checkout cart empty

When I go to the site to download the child theme (https://www.themesandco.com/extension/customizr-child-theme/) I see several “Checkout” buttons but my cart is empty when I click on them.
Also when I try to login there is nowhere to create an account.
How do I download the theme???
