• Hello,

I have an issue when trying to download a file. I click on the link sent in the email, and I receive the following error message: “Check your internet connection” with the option to resume the download. When I click to resume, the download proceeds normally. This problem occurs every time, regardless of the file and the user.

Is there a solution to resolve this issue?

Hello, I have more details to provide. The issue occurs on multiple browsers. Initially, I use Google Chrome where the download doesn’t work without clicking “resume.” When testing on Opera and Safari, we encounter the same problem.
I’ve tested with several PDFs of different sizes (between 1 and 5 MB), and the issue occurs every time.

    Hi,

To find out what is causing this problem, you could try to:

    – use a different device (and/or a different network)
    – whitelist the browser on a firewall or antivirus or disable them for testing purpose
    – disable VPN
    – delete browser cache and disable extensions
    – update your browser

    Kind regards,

    Hello,
I’m getting the same error and I’ve tried several solutions including the ones you wrote and I’ve also already checked for potential conflicts with other plugins. The download does not end and remains open a few bytes from the end.

Solved. There was an issue using html minification. So check if you are using a plugin that allow this functionality.

    Cheers!

Thank you for your responses! I found a way to work around the issue; I zipped the PDF files, and no more problems have occurred.
