Downloading Newest Reviews error

Hi,
I am trying to download the latest reviews with the plugin but I keep getting the following error message:
Error 0001b: trouble contacting crawling server. Please contact support. CMD: https://crawl.ljapps.com/crawlrevs?rip=217.196.1.141&surl=https%3A%2F%2Fheatd.uk&stype=google&nhful=newest&locationtype=&scrapequery=ChIJ5ziN81swTaIRMbFCENQyDMk&tempbusinessname=heatd+Clock+Tower+View%2C+Stourbridge+DY8+5TJ
I am using the Crawl Google Review page option.
