Downloading other themes

    I’ve done due diligence in the documentation and believe I’ve downloaded the citylights-idea-10 theme correctly.
    I uploaded the files to my site after creating a new folder (citylights-idea-10) and its subfolder (Images) on the site.
    As you can see, however, the images are not displaying. I can see that the style sheet (style.css) looks to the Images folder for the images, but still they are not displaying.
    Any ideas?
