Downloading Plugin Issue

    I run https://www.HipHopLive365.com and every time I go to plugin “add new” and go to search for a plugin it redirects me to a “error” screen telling me to reload or to go here.. I think I can upload files but I wanna get a plugin directly from wordpress.. Can anyone help?
