Downloading Reviews – nothing happens

  • Hi a have a problem with Downloading Reviews.
    Retrieving Facebook reviews from your *** page and saving them to your WordPress database… 10 minut, 20 minut 30 minut and and nothing happens ! facebook has changed something?!

    Sorry I can’t help at the moment. Facebook is undergoing some major changes for their APIs. They haven’t even said when they will be turning them back on. Even though they allow you to create FB apps, they are blocking the page ratings call. However, I am trying to code a workaround, but I don’t have it ready at the moment.

    Version 4.1 has a backup method that should grab the reviews if the API get’s blocked.

    Thank you for your help. Plug-in takes comments from FB however, I cannot see polish
    diactritical marks. Before version 4 everything was ok, can we do something with that??

    I need to update reviews list but i have still “No pages to list. Make sure you have properly configured your Facebook App above and clicked the Save Settings button.”
    Can you help ?

    I would try creating a new FB app using the instructions. Facebook is making a lot of changes with their API right now.
