Downloading ultimate

    Hi,
    Just had a very frustrating night unable to get on with my work. I purchased the 5 site license but now that I want to use it on a second site the link to download the ultimate version of the plugin isn’t letting me do that, just giving an error and asking me to go to the store. Could you please make it easier for those of us with these licenses to download our plugins? Please email me the ultimate version or provide a new link as soon as possible, my work has now been held up quite a while
