Downloadlink not working 3.5.2.5

I run a Ticket shop and since the automatic update to Version 3.5.2.5 the old download links in the sent mails to our customers are not working ?Page not found“
The new Mails and Links do work.
Unfortunately most customers will download their tickets shortly before the event startes. This means we get lots of mails from customers who are not able to download their tickets.
I would like to just roll back to version 3.5.2.4 but I can not find the files. Can anybody help me with this?
