Downloads add .txt to end of file

  • When some of our visitors play a video, a screen of text shows in the window. When they download the file, .txt gets added to the file (for example: jim_running.m4v.txt).

    It mostly has been reported on Macs but I’m not sure what browser. Either Safari or IE.
