    Often when I try to download a pdf (5 mb) it will stop at the download.php page that shows anywhere from 20% to 80% on the download progress bar.
    Sometimes it will download 2 or 3 times with no problem very quickly. I have tried this download on different systems and on different network providers so I do not see this being a network issue.
    The page is https://www.SoCalREhub.com and it is the top post that allows you to download a free Home Buyer Guide. The WP version is WordPress 4.5.3 running Penscratch theme and the download monitor vs is Version 1.9.4

    You are using “Email Before Download” plugin which is not developed by us. Please test using just standard shortcode provided by our plugin and let us know if it works without any issue.

    Hi Harish. I dont know how to test using the standard shortcode. I am not sure what that means.

    I did isolate the problem to Chrome. I dont seem to have any issues downloading when using IE.

    When you create a download, the shortcode for that file is displayed on the right. An example download is [download id="10" ]where “10” is the ID of the download.
