Downloads broken

  • I don’t know which of the numerous recent updates did it but none of the downloads now work. I cleared all the caches as you recommended in the other posts.

    I’ve had to go back to version 3.04 as the latest download is needed right now, so I can’t leave the non-functioning version operating.

    Hi,
    Please try updating to 3.1.03, we have added version parameter with front.js to avoid cache issue.

    I had that installed before I rolled back. I’ve re-installed it and had to check ‘Unmask Download Link’ to get it to work. It seems a bit odd to have to do this to get the plugin to work. Never, through all the updates, has the ‘download’ button stopped working until the update a few days ago.

    Also I have no idea what this means, or the implications:

    “Check this option if you want to mask/unmask file download link. If you unmask download link, bots will be able the find any public download link easily.”

    Maybe it should read “Check this option if you want the plugin to work”!
