Downloads “category” shows nothing on listing page, help!

    I have a single download setup on my EDD store. I created a download category and added this to my download, but on the listing of my file, below the description and Checkout button, it just shows “Category:” but that’s all.

    Anyone have any ideas? I’m using the Dark Elements theme. Thanks!

    Can you please provide me your theme name which you are using?

    It would be good if you can provide me your web page URL on which the issue is there so I can take a look into it and try to understand the scenario.

    I’m using Dark Elements: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/darkelements/ . I can’t share my site publicly as it is adult. ??

    Thanks for your response.

    I have checked the theme and found that there is no issue with EDD plugin. It only display WordPress custom category but not the custom category.

    It would be good if you ask the theme author about this. I think they will help you in this.

    I came to this conclusion as well and have contacted the maker of the theme. Thanks so much for your time!
