Downloads disappear

    When the downloads are added, everything works fine, but after a while we don’t know why all the downloads associated with the lesson suddenly disappear. We think there must be some problem when the lesson is edited but we cannot determine what happens. It has already happened to us three times. How do we solve it? Do you have any reference to this happening? Reading through google I see that this big problem happens to more people.

    If you’re still having this issue, can you provide more details about what’s happening? Is this happening no the front-end, the backend, or both?

    Can you duplicate this problem, or does it happen intermittently? Does it happen on all lesson, or just some of them?

    This isn’t an issue I’ve heard very often in support, so if you could link me to where you’re seeing this, I’d love to take a look.
