Go to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes.

If that doesn’t work, then you must have a conflict with one of your other plugins or your theme. If you want to post your Downloads > System Info, I can help you work through it.

That did allow me to manually view the download page, thank you.

I’m still having the same problem with “All Downloads” though. You think it’s just a plugin conflict?

I’ve the same issue. I did the upgrade to last version of EDD and downloads doesn’t work anymore. I’m using Avada theme. My site has over 1,500,000 hits per month…

Both show fine. Is there a different URL I should be looking at?

thanks for your attention. I’ve test now my site with Safari, Chrome and Firefox but there’s no download button! Before the upgrade worked out great and have been downloaded about 100 cards per day.

Anyhow, do you have the “Disable Purchase Button” box checked for the products?
