"Downloads Types Settings" – where is it?

Hi,
I need to add more download types. If you go to:
https://www.cminds.com/cm-download-manager-user-guide/
and click on the tab “Downloads” you get a description of how to do this. But in my admin interface all I get under “Downloads” is a listing of all files downloaded. I the changing/adding of file types a Pro only option?Regards
