    DPD.co.uk United Kingdom unsupported. Every time we ship with DPD uk we get message carrier unsupported, then if we click track it links to dpd website not our. Can you help?

    Hi, do you use the pre-defined shipping provider or a Custom one? if you do not see the DPD UK provider in the shipping providers list, try to sync your shipping providers list from the top right of the list, click on the “sync” icon.
