Draft orders not showing in list

As a first step, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try accessing your site from a different browser or incognito mode to see if this makes and difference.

If the issue persists, you may want to check if there are any conflicting plugins. You can do this by deactivating all your plugins except for WooCommerce, and then see if the drafts appear. If they do, reactivate your plugins one by one until you find the one causing the issue.

I have tried multiple sites and browsers. – no difference

I have tried with storefront instead of astra – no difference

I have tried with nothing but woo active – no difference

If I know the order number I can access the order via the url.

Since you’ve already tried the different steps and the issue persists, I’d like to know, could you be using any custom code in your site? This can involve custom code snippets or any other custom type of code in your site.

That was disabled when I disabled all plugins. This all started with the update to 9.3.x

I was able to notice that WooCommerce v9.3.3 has been released. Do you mind trying it out on a staging site to see if you’re able to create and see draft orders? Please ensure that you only have WooCommerce as the active plugin and a default theme like Storefront.
