Draft posts showing under Recent Posts

    My draft posts are showing under Recent Posts on the sidebar. After creating the drafts, I clicked “Draft” and not “Publish”. Is there anyway from preventing Draft posts from showing? These are not posts for the public to see just yet. Some of them are written for weeks out.

  • You’ll need to explain what you are using to display ‘Recent Posts’–like a plugin or widget or code.

    Also might what to provide a link to see the problem–make sure you explain what post is still a draft.

    Thanks for your reply, Micheal. I had used straight code originally but what I did was go in and use widgets. That fixed the problem. Thanks again. I appreciate the reply.
