Drafts of Published Pages

  • It would be great if there could be a working draft of pages that are already published so that one could publish a page and then later make changes to a new draft and work on it as long as necessary before re-publishing it.

    Currently, you can preview changes to a page but you cannot save the changes without either publishing them or changing the page to a draft and removing it from the site.

  • Create a temporary new page.
    Copy the existing content from the publish page to the temp page.
    Work on the temp draft until satisfied.
    Copy content from temp draft to live page & update.
    Delete temp page.
