Drafts were all DELETED!

Thank you for contacting me and sorry to know that you lost your drafts.

Deleting drafts can be happened in two cases:

1) You cleaned them manually and explicitly

2) You set up a scheduled task to clean automatically all unused elements including drafts.

Are you sure that you have not created a scheduled task by the plugin? Please verify in your “Scheduled tasks” tab if there is a “aDBc_clean_schedule” cron job? If so, please delete it to avoid your drafts from being cleaned next time.

To recover your lost drafts, the best solution is to recover your database from a backup, or you can simply import your sql file in an empty new database and then search for drafts and retrieve their contents. If you have a backup of your database with drafts I can help your recover them. Please let me know if you have a backup. (Since many users have reported problems with drafts, I will eliminate them from being cleaned in the scheduled task)

Yap, the plugin deleted all my drafts too
I guess it considered them ‘old drafts’ like ‘old revisions’?
No drafts were deleted manually
No scheduler was set to run

Just 1 run on the db and 4000+ drafts were gone

Now we will have to figure out how to extract ONLY drafts from the db.sql backup so we can re-upload them again to the system

Drats will no longer be deleted in the next release since they are important for many users.
