Drag and drop feature is not working on my multisite

    Hi,

    Drag and drop menu feature is not working on wp-admin-> appearance -> menus i am facing this problem from 1 week please tell me the procedure to solve this

    i am waiting for solution, please suggest me how to solve the issue,

    Tested by doing like this
    1. Deactivated all plugins and changing the menu structure not happening
    2. Changed the theme to different theme and tried not worked for me
    3. Change the name of the theme directory to some other name from FTP
    4. This is the problem to entire network

    Please help me,
