Drag and drop re-ordering not working

We tested the plugin on our local environment and drag-and-drop re-ordering works fine.

Could you please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty-Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
2) Deactivate all of your plugins except Gallery and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one by one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
3) Contact us back with information about the results.

Thank you for coming back to me so quickly. It appears to be an issue with the Astra theme. When I switch to Twenty Eleven, it works correctly.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to provide a precise release date.

I am having this same problem. I upgraded wordpress and installed a new theme, twentyfifteen. I’ve added a new image to a gallery and can not re-order it.

@andrewsupport do you now have a better idea when this bug will be fixed?
