Drag & Drop is not working.

    Dear Support team,

    Thanks a lot for this nice plugin. We use this plugin on this page: https://sauer-motorentechnik.de/dienstleistungen/austauschmotoren/?nowprocket and when the user drags any files and drops it in the area then the file is not uploaded instead the file is open in a new window. But when the user uses the ‘browse file’ button then the file is uploaded properly.

    only the drag & drop option is not working and showing the JS error in the browser console. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

    Hi @takevalue ,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    It looks like there’s a conflict with the JS script I’m not sure if it’s from the other plugin or in the theme.

    Can you please try to deactivate other plugin/themes (one at a time) so we can identify which plugin or theme cause the issue?

    Dear Glen,
    we found the problem there was some JQuery conflicting issued and we fixed that it’s working.
