Drag & Drop not working in admin section & Image can't be replaced in slide

I am having issues dragging the slides into any different order. When I try to slide a slide under or above any other slide, the lowest slide floats all the way to the bottom of the page. I am also having issues updating the image. Right now if I want to change the image for a slide, I have to create a new slide and copy all of the contents from the older slide into the new one, then delete the old one. There are no errors showing, it just doesn’t do anything when I click on the image… Is there another way to do this?
