Drag to Spin icon display duration

I have an instance of Drag360 near the bottom of a long page and once the user scrolls down to see it, the “Drag to Spin” icon overlay has already faded away.

Is there a way to allow this to stay until the user interacts with the image sequence? Without any indication, the user won’t know that they are able to drag / rotate.
