Dragging Items Not Working

I am running WP 4.2.2 using a child of the ExtraNews theme. I have this same set up installed on another site on my same web host and see the same issue there, where it never happened before.

In the admin, when I try to drag items into place, like dragging my menu items into the order I prefer, or dragging social networks into the active area with Jetpack’s ‘Publicize’ tool, the entire page acts as a … select? Dragging an item just creates other buttons, or small button like page elements, that will continue to populate as long as I drag.

Refresh the page and everything goes back to normal.

This happens on https://www.beardedcoffeemonkey.com, but it would not be noticeable as it happens in the admin only.
