Dragging Menus in 2-3 levels is not responding

Two days ago I was able to go to appreaance->menu then add menus in even 3 levels. Today I tried to add menus to 1-3levels all does not respond. I uninstalled the wordpress and installed again, tried was not responding again, used various themes does not accept to drag menus to even 1 level. Can you kindly help. All themes I am using support menus
