dragging timeline from left to right jumps back to start place

hi

im trying to make a timeline that a user can interact with when sliding from left to right but in mobile view when i try to slide from left to right he timeline “jumps” back to its start position,
since my language hebrew is on the opposite then english i want my timeline to work when trying to drag from left to right, is it possible? could u provide me the code
