Drawing a circle around a point

I would like to draw a circle with a radius of 3000 meter around each point on the map.
Is that possible?
In google maps it is possible if i look at: https://www.w3schools.com/googleapi/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_map_overlays_circle

But where and how can i put that script in this plugin?
