Dream Host On-Click Install – Problem

Used Dream Host on-click install, said it was completed and told me to go here: https://www.fieldmaintenanceforum.com/wp-admin/install.php, to create an admin user, but I don’t see any way to do that? Please help! How do I set up an admin user?
