Hi, instead of relying on 3rd party software for installation, I would suggest installing WordPress yourself. It’s easy to do and it helps understand how things are actually working.

I believe you posted in our Discussion Forum as well. You’ll need to make sure your domain is set to “Fully Hosted” rather than “parked” in the Manage Domains page, which it is currently set to. If you have any trouble, please reply to the email I sent you.
