Dreamstime plugin not getting images from account's lightbox media bar.

Hello, i’m currently having an issue that prevents me from being able to get my lightbox images from downloading when i click the download button on the Add Dreamstime media tab.I have refreshed my pages with the plugin installed with no luck yet, what could you suggest me to do? Thanks.
