You could use a blank theme and just rewrite your CSS:

It seems this one is more easy for me.
I surely will give this a try – unless someone comes up with a more easy method…

No, I don’t think this theme is the right one to import a Dreamweaver website into a WordPress website. I can’t find a proper tutorial with steps to do so.
