    Hey there,

I checked everything but I have a problem.
The system refuses to send an email to a subscriber.

The goal is that a new subscriber (purchase in woocommerce and checkbox to receive newsletter) gets the welcome cycle.

    – sometimes the activation email does not send, so the client cannot confirm the subscription
    – when it DOES send, the system won’t start sending the mail(s).

I checked with certain new user accounts, but I cannot get it to work.
Eventually the list will contain about 1900 subscribers, so willing to pay as well. ??

    When it works….

    Grt Sander.

By the way I use woocommerce subscription service.
    Subscriber is subscribed (and confirmed)
Sending welcome email stays: 0 sended / 0 pending

    Hi there @ntertainme,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing!

What is your sending method (MailPoet Sending Servive, SMTP)?

Are you only having issues with confirmation emails or other types of emails (Newsletters, Post Notifications)?

    I use the mailpoet service.
It seems something with woocommerce (subscriptions).
The clients make an order with the subscription service and DO receive the email to confirm to the email service, but mailpoet does NOT start sending mails.

If I add a subscriber by hand the system works and I see mailpoet sending.

    Hi @ntertainme,

I’m checking your account and I can see sending is working, so this doesn’t seem related to the sending method you’re using.

Sending welcome email stays: 0 sent / 0 pending

Could you please let us know what is the status of the payment for new subscribers?

Also, can you please share the steps you’ve taken to set up this WooCommerce email? Is this a Welcome Email or a WooCommerce email?

    Hey Bruna,

The status is ACTIVE after the Woocommerce subscription went through.
Also the role they receive after payment is Subscriber (Abonnee in Dutch).

To setup the email we did the following:
    Mailpoet -> Welcome e-mail
When to send? -> When a new WordPress user is added to the website, Mailing list selected and inmediately as option.

As i said: If activated by hand, it DOES work.
    After Woocommerce subscription NOT.

I can let you try the backoffice and let you try yourself.
please send me your email so i can send you details.
