Drop bar is missing, so cannot insert columns

Hi,
I’m trying to use this plugin in a widget and I’m using visual text editor for that. So, there is a button on a toolbar – WP Columns, but inside it there is no drop bar. So it is says to drag and drop buttons on the bar below, but there is only one bar below (instead of 2, as I’ve seen in the video tutorial) and it is inactive. I cannot drop anything in there. Therefore, I cannot create columns.
Please help me resolve this issue.
