Drop Cap is missing in Paragraph Block

  • Hi,

    We have update to WP 5.9 with PHP 8.1.

    Before update, the Paragraph Block has Drop Cap option. But it is missing after update to WP 5.9.

    Is there anything we can do to bring Drop Cap back?

    We have update to WP 5.9 with PHP 8.1.

    This may or may not be causing the issue you experience, nonetheless, the 5.9 Field Guide indicates WordPress is not fully compatible with PHP 8.0 or 8.1. All remaining known PHP 8.1

    Thanks for the info. I think you are right it is probably not caused by PHP 8.1. We encounter the Drop cap missing with Twenty Twenty-Two theme. And when we tried switch to Twenty Twenty-One theme. The Drop cap text option appear in the Paragraph block settins.

    So it is most likely that Twenty Twenty-Two theme removed the option from the block. I am also asking it on the Twenty Twenty-Two theme support to see if they notice this.
