Drop Down, Birth Date & Birth time Not Working

    I have added multiple fields in profit edit form

    i dont know why, but accidently all the dropdown fields, birthdate, birthtime etc are not working .

    only radio buttons and textboxes working properly.

    what should be the cause (i have also tried recreating the fields)
    sir please resolve the issue as it is very urgent..
