Drop down doesn't work with membership plugin

Without membership plugin- When I try to click on the top right box that says login or register, a drop down appears.
With membership plugin- when I try to click on the top right box nothing happens. The url changes from mysite.com to mysite.com/453u33390How do I get the hover function to work with membership plugin?
