Drop-down list of pickup locations not displayed

    Hello,

    I have activated the plugin and can see the “DPD Pickup points” as a shipping method on the Checkout page, but the drop-down list of pickup locations is not displayed. I see that you use “display: none” to hide the drop-down when the option is not selected, but this CSS property is not disabled even if you select the shipping option. If I manually remove “display: none” I can see the drop-down list. What might cause this?

    Hello, olaf86,

    this can be caused by your theme, woocomerce settings and settings of DPD plugin. There is no specific answer for this problem.

    Are all requested pick-up points shown in dropdown menu?

    Hello,

    Yes, pick-up points are shown in the drop-down menu – the only issue is that the drop-down menu itself does not appear when you choose this shipping method.

    I have another plugin from MakeCommerce that also offers DPD pickup points as a shipping method. With that plugin it works fine, so I assume it’s not a theme or woocommerce settings issue as both plugins try to deliver the same functionality.

    Hello!
    I have the same problem for me.
    Drop down option is not showing map with location with DPD pick up points.
    Any suggestions?!

    Hei,

    I have noticed that there is something wrong how the plugin caches the pickup points. So each time I have updated the woocommerce, I need to disable and then re-enable the DPD plugin. Then the dropdown works again!

    I just deleted google maps API key, left free and drop down shows.
