Drop-down list question

The drop-down lists in the navigation along the top of the theme look uniform and wonderful in every browser except…. wait for it… Internet Explorer in Windows XP. The ends are ragged as the lists are not kept in uniform size and there is space between each page listing. Any help??? https://www.vermontgreenoffices.com
