    Sorry, can you describe the issue further?

    if you open this site https://www.chiltoncountyso.org in Internet explorer you will see when you scroll over the drop down menu they disappear then re-appear when you hover back over them. I have tried everything in all these topics and nothing works. Please help if you can!

    Have you tried deactivating plugins to explore whether any could be responsible? This is not an issue on the theme’s demo website.

    I deactivated all plugins still an issue. I installed the original style sheet and it does the some thing. I am LOST! this is a very important customer

    You might want to check on the CSS errors here:
    https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fchiltoncountyso.org%2F&profile=css3&usermedium=all&warning=1&vextwarning=&lang=en

    I don’t know if they are the problem, but it’s usually a good step when you have issues.

    Thread Starter ray24is1

    (@ray24is1)

    corrected that still didnt help. Thanks – if you run across anything else please send it my way

    See if changing the line height here back to 1 (that’s what it is in the theme demo site) helps:

    .primarymenubox ul {
        float: left;
        line-height: 1.1;
        margin-bottom: 0;
    }

    That kind of problem often occurs when there is an invisible gap between elements and spacing might do that.

    WPyogi, there’s a more sinister issue which I experienced.
    In IE9, when I hovered over his links in the dropdown, some of the link text disappeared.

    Thread Starter ray24is1

    (@ray24is1)

    yeah its still doing the same thing. Its now doing it under inmate information which it wasnt doing it there earlier. Again its fine in firefox and it works when I turn on Compatibility view in IE9

    Any more suggestions are def welcome!! thanks

    (@wpyogi)

    IE = sinister !! LOL! That’s why I avoid it.

    @ray – I’m surely very sympathetic – it sucks for sure. Unfortunately, I really have no ideas – I don’t even have access to it. So sorry.

    But the menus are JS aren’t they – in which case, that might be the place to look…

    Is there another theme out there that resembles this one by chance and I will just move it over possibly

    @ray,
    You seem to be using a different menu to the menu on the theme’s demo.
    You have different markup (HTML). There’s not an animation in yours either.

    Do you know why that is?
