I created sub-menu items, which should appear as drop-down items, but for some reason they do not. The menu in question is in a widget in the right column area (see URL provided). The main menu item is Our Driving Concerns and the three sub-menus–which are currently visible–show beneath it as separate line items instead of items on a drop-down menu.

Thank you for any guidance you can offer. This is just one wrinkle to work out so that I can finish my test of this great theme. (I really like the theme!)

    Thanks for using Startup Blog!

The default menu widget in WordPress doesn’t have the dropdown functionality and will only display an indentation for child menu items. However, there are some free plugins you can use to add this feature to your site.

The Easy Sidebar Menu plugin should work great and Advanced Menu Widget is another option if you’d like the additional features.
