Drop down menu is not retracting back up

Hi, I am using the Twenty Twelve theme. If you look at this page (https://constructionlabor.com/craftsmen-home/) on a mobile device, the menu does not retract, it stays open, showing all of the subpages. I only want these sub pages to show once a link is clicked, such as Resources. They shouldn’t be showing by default.
