    I have visited the website link and could see you’re not using the HFE plugin for the menu anymore. Refer this screenshot

    We have verified the working of the menu at our end and it is working fine. In case, the issue reproduces, kindly try the below steps:

    Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
