Drop Down Menu Issues

I am having trouble getting my to menu to work as a drop down. No matter how I structure the menu instead of displaying a drop down like my side menu it long lists the menu items. I have the pages listed as sub items but they will not function as a drop down. I have no issue out of my sidebar menu, only the top menu. My page is tbfe.com, any suggestions.
